Welcome to Sorell Plaza

Sorell is one of Tasmania's oldest towns and consequently, the area has a rich history....Whilst Sorell was first settled around 1808, it remained an isolated farming community until 1821 when the Town of Sorell was established.

Today Sorell is essentially a modern service town for travellers on the road between Hobart and Port Arthur.

Sorell Plaza is situated in the heart of Sorell. A neighbourhood shopping centre which is anchored by a Coles Supermarket and complemented by 13 specialty shops.

The Centre was built in 2010 and is well maintained with accessible amenities, including a fully functional parents and disability combined facility. There is ample and convenient one level parking.
